Our Values

Stabl Pay was created to address the universal need for faster income access, an idea inspired by an employee crisis that persists today. 
 
Founder Nima Nojoumi first recognized the problem in 2019 while at his previous company. Employees often asked for pay advances to cover monthly bills. He always helped them, but the company struggled with a process that didn’t support such advances, which complicated payroll and cash flow. 
 
The process also stressed workers. Employees can feel uncomfortable and ashamed asking management for an advance when they really need one. Even worse, they may fear doing so will hurt career advancement. So, they wouldn’t ask, and the stress cycle continued.

We also don’t require employees to set up a new bank account or purchase any unnecessary upsell products—we don’t even offer them.
